Frequently asked questions

How many codes can I create at once?

Up to 1,000 rows per CSV upload or API request. Each row creates or updates one code, and you get a results file showing each code’s ID and status.

Is there an API?

Yes. The Agency pack includes a REST API with API keys, so you can create codes and change destinations from your own systems. API keys can’t retire codes, so an automation mistake can’t destroy printed codes.

What if I need more than 250 codes?

Buy a top-up of 10 codes for $19 / £15 / €17, or another Agency pack. Allowances add up and never expire.

Can each client have their own domain?

Yes. Agency includes 5 custom domains, and you can add more for $19 each, once. Each code lives on one domain for good, because the domain is printed into it.

Can I export everything?

Yes, at any time and at no charge, in CSV, JSON, nginx, _redirects and our open-source redirector’s format.
