StandfastQR

How charges appear on your statement

A StandfastQR purchase appears on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* STANDFASTQR, because payments are processed by Stripe and the seller of record is Onelink, LLC, which runs Stripe’s Managed Payments service.

What you’ll see

LINK.COM* STANDFASTQR

The exact wording can vary slightly between banks.

Who processes the payment

It’s a single charge

There is no subscription. You won’t see a repeat charge unless you buy another pack or a top-up.

Refunds

Withdrawals within 14 days are refunded to the original payment method. See withdrawal and refunds.

Frequently asked questions

I don’t recognise a LINK.COM charge. Is it StandfastQR?

If the description includes STANDFASTQR, yes. Check your email for a receipt from the same date. If you didn’t make the purchase, contact your card issuer.

Why isn’t it shown as Leading Logic Ltd?

Because the sale is made through Stripe’s Managed Payments, where Onelink, LLC is the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT for us.

Where is my receipt?

It’s emailed to you after payment. Your dashboard’s Orders page also lists every order.
