Withdrawal and refunds

Withdraw within 14 days

Signed in: go to Orders, choose the order and select Withdraw. Confirm, and we refund it automatically.

Signed out: use the withdrawal form, also linked as “Withdraw from contract here” in every page footer.

Enter your name, the email address used for the order and the order reference.
We email you a confirmation code.
Enter the code and choose Confirm withdrawal.

Either way, we email an acknowledgement with the date and time, and what (if anything) was suspended.

What happens to your account

When an order is refunded:

its codes and domains are removed from your allowance;
your pack level is recalculated from the orders that remain;
if more codes are in use than your remaining allowance, the newest codes are suspended first, along with any extra domains.

Retired codes still count towards your allowance, because their IDs are never reused.

Refunds made another way

Refunds made through payment support, and lost chargebacks, follow the same rule. While a dispute is open, your codes keep working.

Do I get a full refund?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase. The refund goes back to the original payment method.

What happens to my codes?

The order’s allowance is removed. If you then have more codes in use than you’ve paid for, the newest ones are suspended, and scanners see a “not active” page. Buying again reactivates them.

Can I withdraw after 14 days?

The withdrawal button disappears after 14 days, and the order shows the date the period ended. Your statutory rights are not affected.
