Frequently asked questions
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once for a pack. There is no subscription, no renewal and no trial that converts into a charge. We never take another payment unless you choose to buy more.
Do unused codes expire?
No. Allowances never expire and add up across purchases. Buy Starter now and Business later, and you have 28 codes with Business features.
What happens to my codes if I never pay again?
Nothing. Codes are never switched off for non-payment, inactivity or the number of scans. The Standfast Promise lists the only reasons a code can stop going to your destination.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, using the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer or the button on your Orders page. See withdrawal and refunds.
How will the charge appear on my statement?
As LINK.COM* STANDFASTQR. Payments are processed by Stripe, and the seller of record is Onelink, LLC, which runs Stripe’s Managed Payments service. See how charges appear.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are fixed in US dollars, pounds and euros. Stripe Checkout can show other currencies too, converted at checkout, and it shows the final amount before you pay.
Does a retired code free up a slot?
No. A code ID is never reused, so a retired code keeps its slot. This is what makes the no-reuse promise possible.
