QR codes that don’t stop working when a subscription ends

Pay once. Keep your codes.
One-time payment, no subscription. No renewals, no scan limits.
Most dynamic QR code services are subscriptions. Their own help pages say what happens when you stop paying: codes are deactivated, paused or sent to a service page. Printed menus, signs and packaging then fail in front of customers.
StandfastQR works differently:
You pay once. A pack of codes is a single payment. There are no renewals, trials or scan limits, and your account never expires.
You can always edit. Change where a code goes as often as you need. Edits take effect within about a minute.
Your own domain. With Business and Agency, codes can live on an address like qr.yourshop.com. If you ever leave, you point that domain elsewhere, load your export and the printed codes keep working without us.
The promise is in the contract. The Standfast Promise lists the only reasons a code can stop going to your destination, and the same text is Schedule S1 of our Terms.
Free static codes, paid dynamic codes
The generator above makes static codes for free: web addresses, Wi-Fi details, contact cards, email, phone and text messages. A static code can’t be changed once printed, but it doesn’t depend on any server either.
When you need to change the destination after printing, or want to see how many people scan, choose a dynamic code. Your design carries over, and you can download it straight away.
Frequently asked questions
Is the QR code generator really free?
Yes. The static generator on this page is free, needs no account and never expires. It runs in your browser and sends nothing to our servers. A static code holds its content directly, so it can’t be edited after printing.
What is a dynamic QR code?
A dynamic QR code holds a short link, such as sfqr.link/K7Q2M9XD, that redirects to your chosen web address. Because the redirect lives on a server, you can change the destination after the code is printed.
Why do other dynamic QR codes stop working?
Many services charge a monthly or yearly fee, and their terms say dynamic codes are deactivated when a trial or subscription ends. StandfastQR has no subscription, so there is nothing to lapse. See what “never stops working” means.
How much does it cost?
Starter is $19 / £15 / €17 for 3 dynamic codes, Business is $49 / £39 / €45 for 25 codes and a custom domain, and Agency is $129 / £99 / €119 for 250 codes and 5 domains. Each is a one-time payment. See pricing.
Who runs StandfastQR?
Leading Logic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our promise not to switch codes off for non-payment is part of our Terms of Service, not just marketing.
