Your 14-day right to withdraw
- You may withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason.
- You get a full refund, even though your codes started working immediately.
- We offer this to business and consumer customers alike.
How to withdraw
- Signed in: Dashboard → Orders → Withdraw.
- Signed out: the withdrawal form, linked as “Withdraw from contract here” in every page footer.
- If you can’t use either, email [withdraw email address] with your name, email address and order reference.
We confirm by email, with the date and time.
How the refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your codes
When an order is refunded, its allowance is removed. If you then have more codes in use than you’ve paid for, the newest codes are suspended, and scanners see a “not active” page (Terms, Schedule S1.3(c)). Buying again reactivates them.
After 14 days
The withdrawal option ends 14 days after purchase. If something goes wrong with the Service, contact us and your statutory rights still apply.
